How We Deliver Fun Directly to You
Our Service Area
If your project site is outside our normal service area, just let us know! We do deliver even farther out, and special accommodations can usually be made to suit your project.
NOTE: Extra fees may vary depending on how far you are outside our service area.
Standard Delivery (Free)
- Delivery: We may deliver the day before your event, depending on our routing efficiency.
- Pickup: We may pick up the day after your event, based on what works best for our routing.
- We will send a text notification if there's an early delivery planned.
Same Day Delivery:
- Delivery: Up to 4 hours before your event.
- Pickup: Up to 4 hours after your event.
- Fee: $25
Time-Sensitive Delivery / 1-Hour Window:
- Delivery: Within 1 hour of your event start time.
- Pickup: Within 1 hour after your event ends.
- Fee: $75
- Note: This option does not include setup or breakdown time.
Change of Delivery Option:
If you change from Free Delivery to Same Day Delivery, or from Same Day Delivery to Time-Sensitive Delivery, additional charges will apply on top of the fees associated with the new delivery option.
